Login not working even with details being correct. Pointless

I am a new member I want to book my intro class. The login keeps feeling me my email address and password are not valid but the details work for the main fitness first app for me to login. 

Please help and sort out this error I want to be able to use these app as I am new to the gym and would like access to the pt app so I can get orientated with everything!

This app’s login isn’t working. This is extremely frustrated as a new member, I cancelled my subscription. Not a good gym.
