Very bad design and dashboard is never accurate and some of the things mean nothing. Things like “3 pack services left” or “fitness session left” like what? And it’s May 3rd today and my guest passes are 0 even though we get 2 free guest passes every month and I haven’t brought anyone yet this month. I can keep going but the worst part is that management sees all these comments and see app rating is less than 2 stars and does nothing about it. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Too many taps to do same routine daily *2025-06-13, version 2.5.1* 1. Please make a way to Favorite same time location and booking service activity; Too many taps to do same routine daily; 10 taps yikes… 2. No Apple Watch app in 2025?! Even simple stuff like barcode entrance check in; competition like LA fitness and Equinox and LIFETIME ALL have this feature ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-01-05, version 2.5.1* I’m not sure why they bothered making this useless app. It is clunky, confusing, and slow! For gods sake, your membership ain’t cheap, so please either invest in your technology or just erased this app. ### 2/5 — Take too long to load *2025-01-04, version 2.5.1* Switching between dates is difficult and takes long time to load. ### 4/5 — Bug on Update 2.5.1 *2024-12-27, version 2.5.1* There’s a bug on most recently update 2.5.1. I’m on iOS 18.1.1 and I can’t see the classes schedule on the app anymore. ### 2/5 — Slow refresh of remaining fitness session *2024-10-11* Extremely slow refresh of how many fitness sessions I have remaining. Every time I checked, the data was from one or two weeks ago. Not helpful… ### 1/5 — Meh App *2023-07-22, version 2.4.7* This app is really not the best and I’ve ran into a handful of issues already. I pay for the membership so that I can go to any FFC location. The app will not show me each locations hours on any given day besides “today” and even then i have to make a location my “home gym” in order to see “todays” hours. Also, each location has different amenities. It would be nice if the app somehow had a page for me to look at all the amenities at a specific location instead of me having to go to the FFC website. Lastly, it is odd that FFC On Demand only opens up on a new webpage and the videos are not available on the app. Depending on the location and where I am at the gym - the videos take a ridiculous amount of time to load. I’ve given up a handful of times when trying to use it. Is the point of the app just to check in and do nothing else? If so, then I guess the app is great. When I need to look up anything - I end up having to go to the FFC website instead of the app. ### 3/5 — Needs Apple Watch Support *2023-06-27, version 2.4.7* Works fine.
