Trying to update my new banking information to pay my car loan as someone who literally works in cellphone tech store is borderline impossible. I can’t imagine someone not tech savvy being able to do anything in it. My loan and app password and account are two separate things which makes zero sense and every time I try to reset my password it resets. Whyyyy is there an app if it’s going to open a window to log into a websites that resets to the app login screen any time you go to look for anything on your phone. Please take my interest and pay someone who knows how to make an app actually make you an app that works. How about a button that says loan, payment information and update.
