## What is FFL Field Ops?

Run your FFL's daily shop work from one clear mobile workspace.

FFL Field Ops gives the licensed-business owner one private account for managing acquisition records, live inventory, gunsmith jobs, physical audits, and exceptions from the counter, bench, or storage room. Each organization is limited to one owner and one FFL Field Ops user.

KEEP WORK MOVING
• Record acquisitions for firearms already physically received by the licensed business, with guided data entry and duplicate checks.
• Use on-device serial-number scanning and supported package barcodes to reduce retyping.
• Verify every serial against the firearm before saving.
• Search inventory and perform resumable physical counts.
• Create gunsmith work orders with customer contact details, firearm condition, requested services, internal bench or work-area notes, storage, and job status.
• Keep drafts and recovery state available when connectivity is interrupted.
• Connect an owner-authorized FastBound account for supported inventory and acquisition-record workflows.

BUILT FOR CONTROL
Camera and barcode suggestions are assistive. You review and confirm the final serial. FFL Field Ops does not replace Form 4473, NICS, your legal obligations, or your bound-book system. Post-receipt acquisition records include an acquisition classification and may include optional internal historical cost/price reference values; those fields do not publish a listing or consumer offer, match buyers and sellers, negotiate a transaction, accept payment, provide checkout, or execute a transfer or disposition.

FFL Field Ops is an independently developed business operations tool. It does not publish firearm or ammunition listings or advertisements, broker consumer transactions, accept firearm or ammunition payments, provide consumer checkout, or execute purchases, transfers, or dispositions. It is not a firearm marketplace, an official FastBound product, ATF-approved, or endorsed by FastBound or ATF.

An owner account is required. The mobile app does not offer subscription purchase or upgrade controls. Some features require owner-authorized connected services.
