## What is fflow?

Break free from mindless scrolling and reclaim your attention.

fflow uses forced self-reflection to manage screen time. When you reach your limit, face yourself in Mirror Mode—a
grayscale camera view that interrupts the dopamine loop. No harsh blocking. Just you, your reflection, and a
choice.

HOW IT WORKS

Set Your Boundaries
Create app groups with independent time limits. Social media gets 5 minutes, news gets 15, entertainment gets
30—you decide.

Mirror Mode Intervention
When your limit is reached, fflow activates your front camera in grayscale. See yourself scrolling. Discomfort
creates awareness. Awareness creates change.

Mindful Commitment
Hold a commit button for 5 seconds. This deliberate action builds restraint and makes you consider: Is this how I
want to spend my time?

Cooldown Period
Monitored apps lock for your chosen duration. Try to open them? Get breathing exercises instead.

CORE FEATURES

App Groups
Organize apps by category. Each group tracks separately.

Mirror Mode Technology
Real-time camera reflection in grayscale—interrupts addictive patterns through self-awareness.

Breathing Exercises
Guided breathing when you attempt to access locked apps.

PRIVACY FIRST. ALWAYS.

• Zero data collection—we literally cannot see your usage
• No servers, no cloud, no tracking
• All processing happens on your device
• Camera feed never recorded or saved
• iOS uses opaque tokens—we don't see which apps you select
• No analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers

We don't want your data. We built fflow to solve a problem, not harvest information.

WHY fflow WORKS

Most screen time apps rely on willpower or blocking. Both fail because they treat symptoms, not causes.

fflow addresses the root: mindless autopilot. By forcing you to see yourself scrolling, we create a pattern
interrupt. Self-awareness becomes the intervention.

It's uncomfortable. That's the point. Real change requires friction.

FOR EVERYONE SEEKING INTENTION

Whether reclaiming hours lost to social media or building healthier digital habits—fflow meets you where you are.

No judgment. No surveillance. Just powerful tools for mindful living.

Download fflow. Face yourself. Choose better.
