I’ve spent hours with support trying to get this app to work properly. I’ve had to call multiple times. Support has been able to get me logged in but as soon as I hang up and close the app I can’t log in the next time I try. This is ridiculous.

Rarely works right, glitchiest app i’ve ever used! Half the time it wont even let me log into my account because something new is wrong with the app. Waste of time

You made a good app terrible by making it more difficult to log in. When you can’t cut and past a difficult pw from a pw manager and Paste it you are forcing people to use a pw they can remember thus making it much easier for a bad person to figure it out??!  And you even time out the pw so it’s impossible to go between apps to type it in.

Not much of an app to begin with, but at least I could deposit checks, as of this month that option is no longer in the app....

I use this app regularly... the recent upgrade has some glitches, most important that you can no longer view all of your statements. When you click “Statements - PDF,” it prompts you to the page where you used to be able to select which month you wanted.   Now it just prompts to one statement that you cannot export and there is no way to go back to view all statements.

Amazing Bank. I’m spoiled! Moved to Az and still Bank with FFSBNW. Only one for me! This is the most Awesome Bank!
