This app needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — App issues *2025-06-13, version 24.2.50* I can’t log in I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it ### 2/5 — needs improvement *2024-07-22, version 24.1.70* it becomes “unavailable” A LOT. i use this to keep track of how much i have in my account and when it goes down at least 3 times a week it makes it difficult. especially in dyer situations where i need to know if i have enough. and i wish it would keep me logged in better! ### 5/5 — Outstanding banking app *2023-02-28, version 22.2.41* Perfect for any First Federal of Plymouth/Rochester Indiana customer. Works well. Mobile deposits are my primary use and it is great. ### 2/5 — When It Works *2022-10-04, version 22.1.100* When the app works it’s good. However, when there’s an issue the customer has to find out on our own. No notification from the owner/repair team. I’d like for you to tell me what’s wrong and when it will be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call and tell you. Purchases are still reflecting in reverse order. And with “cards” only shows through August 2022….it’s October! ### 2/5 — A tidy mess *2021-04-06, version 20.2.80* This app locks me out of my account at least once a week, and I have to set a new password every time because it won’t remember my TouchID. It restarts itself all the time & takes a while to actually update my withdrawals/deposits and my total amount. Overall not the best, but there are some nice features such as the TouchID, and the ability to add as many accounts as you need, with instant transfers. Also well organized. ### 1/5 — Logs me out *2021-01-26, version 20.2.50* This app would be perfect and extremely useful if it were not for the fact that it likes to randomly lock me out by asking me to type a password that I’ve long forgotten because I use my FINGERPRINT to log in every day. Do they think someone has removed my FINGER and is using it to commit identity theft?! ### 1/5 — This app is terrible. *2020-12-10, version 20.2.50* I never leave app reviews.... Constant crashes and login issues. Invalidating passwords and having to re enter new passwords every time the app is updated. It constantly forgets Face ID. And now it says my device is modified or jailbroken when it’s not.. over an update that said minor fixes. They really need to fire their tech guys. And get this crap updated right. The website could use a functionality make over as well. Have never had any issues with my other banks(2 and 3 cc).
