### 2/5 — Needs modern updating

*2020-08-13, version 20.1.20*

Really wish you could choose exactly where your money is going within the app. If I want to pay a “principle only payment” I should have the choice to. Only banking service I know of that doesn’t allow this. Actually part of the reason we’re debating going thru someone else.

### 2/5 — can’t get into my account

*2020-03-16, version 19.1.200*

i don’t know if it’s a glitch but i called the number, it’s saying it can’t be accessed . my login is correct and it’s saying it wrong (i use touch ID, and it stopped all of a sudden). hopefully it’s a glitch but i can’t see how much is on my card or in my bank and it’s a problem.

### 2/5 — Missing Basic Features

*2020-02-28, version 19.1.200*

I am happy with this bank, but the tech side of things is awful.

I wanted to start using Zelle. The website said to just go to my online banking account and poof! apparently I’d be able to use it.
Nope.

Didn’t even know where to look. Online if I clicked “Bill Payment” it just said I was logged out and to call customer service. On the app I tried clicking “make and manage payments” and was given an error code. But no direction on what to next. Go into my local branch and the teller had to call someone else to confirm that I was locked out of online banking. Ok, why didn’t the error message give me a link to a number to call to resolve that? Would’ve been easy.

Finally get logged into Bill Pay and am told my payment account needs to be verified. That’s reasonable. But absolutely no direction on how to verify it! Days later it looks as of the account was automatically verified, but anytime I try to use it on the app or website it says the account needs to be verified, but no info on how to do it.

Side note: a message to log back in or call customer service never has a link to allow you to do it from the message. It always requires going all the way back to the home page of the website or app.

Also, I have automatic alerts set up if my balance goes below a certain threshold. That has not been happening.

There’s a woeful lack of instructions and links in both the app and on the website, for anything I try to do. This has to be the least intuitive and user friendly financial app I’ve used. I do all my banking here; mortgage, saving, checking, business. But the app and website need attention.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Issues logging in

*2026-04-22, version 25.2.100*

App always crashes or can’t login always has error message saying Call for help. This app needs to be fixed.

### 1/5 — Logs me out

*2021-01-26, version 20.2.50*

This app would be perfect and extremely useful if it were not for the fact that it likes to randomly lock me out by asking me to type a password that I’ve long forgotten because I use my FINGERPRINT to log in every day. Do they think someone has removed my FINGER and is using it to commit identity theft?!

### 1/5 — This app is terrible.

*2020-12-10, version 20.2.50*

I never leave app reviews....
Constant crashes and login issues. Invalidating passwords and having to re enter new passwords every time the app is updated. It constantly forgets Face ID. And now it says my device is modified or jailbroken when it’s not.. over an update that said minor fixes. They really need to fire their tech guys. And get this crap updated right. The website could use a functionality make over as well. Have never had any issues with my other banks(2 and 3 cc). This one is constantly nagging and frustrating with issues.

### 1/5 — Junk

*2019-09-04, version 19.1.30*

Seems to be down more often than it should. It’s been down for 3 days now and counting. Minor inconvenience with normal apps, major inconvenience with this app seeings that it’s an app for your personal finances.

### 1/5 — New App Troubles

*2015-04-08, version 4.7.286*

Every time I open the app on my phone it immediately closes. Works fine on my iPad tho.
**After some tech support the solution is to turn off "darken colors" in settings.

### 1/5 — Not very good

*2015-03-19, version 4.7.286*

Every time I try and open the app it automatically closes.

### 2/5 — App issues

*2025-06-13, version 24.2.50*

I can’t log in I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it

### 2/5 — needs improvement

*2024-07-22, version 24.1.70*

it becomes “unavailable” A LOT. i use this to keep track of how much i have in my account and when it goes down at least 3 times a week it makes it difficult. especially in dyer situations where i need to know if i have enough. and i wish it would keep me logged in better!

### 2/5 — When It Works

*2022-10-04, version 22.1.100*

When the app works it’s good. However, when there’s an issue the customer has to find out on our own. No notification from the owner/repair team. I’d like for you to tell me what’s wrong and when it will be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call and tell you.

Purchases are still reflecting in reverse order. And with “cards” only shows through August 2022….it’s October!

### 2/5 — A tidy mess

*2021-04-06, version 20.2.80*

This app locks me out of my account at least once a week, and I have to set a new password every time because it won’t remember my TouchID. It restarts itself all the time & takes a while to actually update my withdrawals/deposits and my total amount. Overall not the best, but there are some nice features such as the TouchID, and the ability to add as many accounts as you need, with instant transfers. Also well organized.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2019-10-18, version 19.1.200*

### 5/5 — Awesone

*2015-03-24, version 4.7.286*

Works like a charm! Can transfer money and deposit checks

### 5/5 — Poor App

*2015-03-23, version 4.7.286*

Every time I open the app it closes. It's kind of hard to do banking when you can't log on.

### 3/5 — Trying to find Zelle

*2020-03-25, version 19.1.200*

Also had trouble finding Zelle after ad said to look for it in the app. Keep getting an error code when clicking payments as they instructed. I noticed that my app format looks different from their ad so is there a different app we should be using that includes Zelle or is there an update coming soon?

### 3/5 — Add payees

*2019-03-12, version 18.3.80*

I don’t see how to add a new payee This would be helpful
