I have passed verification. I have provided NIE and TIE. The system writes that authorization was successful. But when I enter email and login. The system writes that there were problems with my authorization. I try to create a new account with the same NIE. But the system writes that the account has already been created. What can I say? It's like a regular service in Barcelona. None!!

Llevan un par de años con esta app y de verdad que no entiendo quien la está desarrollando, unos aprendices? No me deja iniciar sesión así que clico en cambiar contraseña, pongo mi gmail y el mail se envía a otro mail que tengo( la explicación?) me mandan un enlace el cual al segundo de entrar y cambiar la contraseña me dice que este enlace ya no está activo porque ha pasado el tiempo, que vuelva solicitar otro enlace… (sin palabras) Intento probar con el mail donde me habían enviado el enlace como mail de inicio de sesión y no, que no hay ninguna cuenta vinculada con ese e-mail. Es una broma? Si vosotros me habéis enviado el mail anterior en ese correo…Por no hablar que para recargar la tarjeta tienes que hacer el pino-puente para que la app detecte tu tarjeta. De verdad que es una vergüenza…
