### 3/5 — Problème with timer

*2026-03-25, version 3.4.0*

When Time zone changes +1 hour in March, all the settings in the timer program advances by 1. This is not correct, they should not change.

### 2/5 — Terrible

*2026-02-03, version 3.4.0*

Had the app for many years, about a year ago all of my units disconnected and now I cannot reconnect them you think from 52 billion dollar company we could get a lousy app that works.

### 2/5 — Works…. Barely

*2025-12-31, version 3.4.0*

Always have to relogin to the app and it doesn’t work with apples keychain hardly at all making it super annoying to use regularly. Clunky, slow, needs an update.

### 1/5 — Signs out too often

*2025-01-04, version 3.4.0*

App signs me out almost every day, seems random. Pretty annoying.

### 2/5 — Constantly getting forced log out if the app

*2024-12-25, version 3.4.0*

The app is functional when it works. However multiple times a day the app automatically logs out and then I have to log back in with username and password. This has been going for years. Also, connecting the unit to the app for the first time or after a power failure is an absolute pain.

### 1/5 — An error has occurred

*2024-12-15, version 3.4.0*

75% of the time I use the app, I get an error occurred response. When it does work it’s very slow to respond or suddenly needs you to log in. Again and again. Then an error occurs then you shut down the app reopen it to find it’s actually worked sometimes.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-12-05, version 3.4.0*

Tried everything on the instructions and it keeps crashing

### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible

*2024-11-23, version 3.4.0*

This app is horrible, Fujitsu should be ashamed of itself. Spent over 45 minutes trying to get it to work. Then, Fujitsu’s website states it’s open for telephone support 8-8 est. (it does NOT states what days it is open).
Shame on you Fujitsu!

### 2/5 — Time zone problem

*2024-10-15, version 3.4.0*

App works and is stable but the timer has issues that it doesn’t take into account daylight savings correctly.

### 1/5 — 0 stars would be more appropriate.

*2024-10-10, version 3.4.0*

This morning the app decided to remove the names and groupings for all of my units. Now i just have a list of unintelligible numbers. The unfortunate thing is that i am not home and had hoped to turn one room off but now have no idea which one that is. If you intend to get heat pumps and want to control them remotely, DO NOT CHOOSE FUJITSU.

### 1/5 — Stopped working after iOS update

*2024-09-25, version 3.4.0*

Stopped working after ios18 update fix please

### 2/5 — Buggy not very optimised

*2024-09-25, version 3.4.0*

App needs several improvements to be useful. Can’t trust this app to actually have operated the air conditioning properly. Will sometimes say machine is off when it is actually running. Defeats the reason for having online control.

### 1/5 — Is this 1975?

*2024-09-09, version 3.4.0*

The App is recommended for 4 year olds and up, but I think a 3 year old wrote the App. The unit works a treat. The App and the manual clearly never were Beta tested.

### 1/5 — Instable

*2024-08-22, version 3.4.0*

### 2/5 — Works when it wants to

*2024-08-21, version 3.4.0*

The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years! Which is ridiculous!

The English on it isn’t the best and it will often tell you the A/C is “off” when it’s clearly on, so you’re unable to use the controls, but if you press the power button on the app, it turns the A/C off.

It also decides it has an error and then turns the A/C off.

It also often decides that it’s just simply not going to work.

This really needs sorting out, it’s ridiculous!

### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used

*2024-08-12*

This is the worst app I have ever used in terms of functionality. I have tried to pair my AC with it over and over and over following the exact directions from this app on the website and I cannot get past registration. My own Wi-Fi is picking up the AC, but it will not register therefore I cannot even use any other apps as a workaround like Alexa to try to use the AC this is absolutely ridiculous for system that is $3000. If I could give this zero stars I would and there’s no way to even contact anybody via email about how bad this is and Fujitsu just doesn’t answer.

### 1/5 — Junk - Does Not Work

*2024-08-05, version 3.4.0*

I tried for multiple hours to get my new mini split WLAN module connected. Tried both manually and easy connection. Nothing works. Will not connect. Getting error 2934 when trying the easy connection and when connecting manually, the pop-up does not appear after I connect to the mini split via the wifi screen in settings. And when I try and just go back to the app, it will not let me hit the continue button.

For the quality of product that Fujitsu sells in terms of heat pumps, you’d think they’d have a sensible app with easy functionality. On top of all of this, I am pretty computer proficient and it is extremely challenging for me and after hours of trying I had zero success. This app is absolute garbage.

If I could give this zero stars I would. So disappointed.

### 1/5 — Fujitsu AC app

*2024-08-04, version 3.4.0*

Very hard to understand. I couldn’t get the app to register to the AC unit. Attempted for over a year. If WIFi is important to you don’t buy Fujitsu

### 1/5 — Alan

*2024-07-08, version 3.4.0*

Frustratingly and unnecessarily poor application. Can’t even tell you the current temperature. Remotes don’t update when app actually works. Password protection won’t accommodate face rec or fingerprint. Manual is useless. Basically junk.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Abandonware

*2026-04-23, version 3.4.0*

Doesn’t work, just gives error code 2934 every time. Looks Fujitsu have abandoned these products.

### 1/5 — Very poorly done

*2025-10-17*

We’ve used this app for 2 years. It was very difficult to synch the mini split to Wi-Fi. This took several hours and many attempts. We finally called support and after a very long hold time the tech took about 30 minutes to get the 2 units synch’d to Wi-Fi. Despite having full signal (3 bars) on our cell phones, tablets, and computers in these rooms, the mini split frequently loses the Wi-Fi signal or the app does not respond. Nice idea but very poor performance!

### 1/5 — Very poor app/system

*2025-10-02, version 3.4.0*

After eight years have finally given up on this terrible app. In the last couple of weeks it’s got the daylight saving times wrong and then refused to start schedule times and also logged me out two or three times. Have purchased a Sensibo Airpro. The difference is amazing. So easy to use and does everything I want. Good riddance to FGLAir, I really should’ve done this a few years ago.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-09-16, version 3.4.0*

I feel robbed. The sheer frustration factor of trying to get this app/ac unit to work without errors makes me wish I had not bought this ac solution. Fujitsu - if you are reading this and have the genuine willingness to resolve these issues, please contact me to help me sort this out and I will be happy to revise this review.

### 1/5 — Stop logging me out!

*2025-08-25, version 3.4.0*

As above , through no fault of mine , the app logs out and forgets the names of the air cons too

### 1/5 — Please need update

*2025-07-25, version 3.4.0*

This app is old and need to be refreshed.
Disconnect frequently from device. Does not remember user/passwd
Timer setup need to allow 2 times for activation/stop schedule

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-07-25, version 3.4.0*

Terrible app. Doesn’t work and hasn’t been updated for 3 years. Don’t sell wifi capability off we can’t use it.

### 1/5 — Disgraceful

*2025-07-15, version 3.4.0*

Keeps logging me out disgraceful from Fujitsu, been a problem for quite a while, and they still don’t do anything. Run away if your thinking of purchasing

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2025-03-15, version 3.4.0*

Worst app ever! Doesn’t even connect to the new aircon! Very bad!

### 1/5 — terrible app

*2025-02-21, version 3.4.0*

App is very simple to use, except many problems. Constant errors involving Wi-Fi communication. Randomly stops working and remote unit comes with is impossible to use with million of buttons. Obviously, with all these bad reviews Fujitsu needs to update the system.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It works

*2023-08-23, version 3.4.0*

Configuration is not very straightforward (ie how to add air conditioners to the app), but once done the app works well. It is quick to respond and errors are logged and I am notified in real time. Temp, mode and on/ off work well and too are instantaneous.

The only gripe I have is that the app is depreciated in leu of the new app- Fujitsu AIRSTAGE (I have Airstages). It would be nice to offer an import function so devices in FGLair are easily imported into the AIRSTAGE app. This is not the case. To use the AIRSTAGE app I need to add my air conditioners one at a time by taking a photo of the QR code on the wifi modules. Some of my wifi adapters are not easily accessible (they are buried in the insulation in the attic). I am not doing that. Fujitsu- please offer an import function to move FGLair devices into the AIRSTAGE app.

Thank you

### 5/5 — Great App and so Useful !

*2020-12-05, version 3.2.0*

This app is so useful, thanks for the great work! We really enjoy its simplicity and the possibility to set up multiple time schedules!

### 5/5 — Great app considering previous reviews

*2020-07-14, version 3.1.0*

This app has lots of bad reviews but I think they may have made massive changes to the app since then as for me it runs perfectly. I’m kept logged in at all times so no having to enter my details in the middle of the night to make changes. I like that I can see the current actual temp as well as the temp I have it set to.

### 5/5 — Perfect app

*2020-07-10, version 3.1.0*

Really happy with this application, I can manage everything from outside to ensure that I have the perfect temperature at home. No bugs, easy to use !! Seriously, you need to maintain this...

### 5/5 — So much for Quarantine? It works well

*2020-06-04, version 3.0.3*

I purchased a Fujitsu ASTG34KMTC in august 2019 and was told that WiFi was not available as the UTY-TFSXXF3 adapter was in quarantine. I phoned Fujitsu technical support on a regular basis and received the same answer last Monday 1/5/20 about ten minutes before Harvey Norman phoned to tell that the adapter had arrived.
I downloaded the app installed the adapter and connected the air conditioner to my iPad, iPhone and Google Home.
The app works well.
It was worth the wait

### 5/5 — Works fine

*2020-06-01, version 3.0.3*

Once it start talking with a head unit you can control it with no issues.

### 5/5 — 3 Fujitsu Heatpumps with WiFi

*2019-11-30*

I have 3 full systems and they all work flawlessly. The app shows my actual space temperature through the air thermistors. The only downside I have is that I have 1 system I can’t connect to anymore due to a router replacement. I’ve reset power numerous times, reset the built in WiFi numerous times. It sees it through WiFi but won’t register to app

### 5/5 — Works great

*2018-09-27, version 2.2.15*

My AC model is the 15RLS3Y. I am not experiencing disconnects like other reviews state. This may be due to the fact that my wireless access point is a high grade access point (Cisco Aironet). The documentation states if it is not connected to a WAP after an extended time the adapter will turnoff.

I especially like the feature that tells me the local air temperature of the unit for the cases where i am remote and suddenly expecting guests. I am then able to turn on the AC to moderate the temperature to ideal levels for chain convenience.

I was also able to configure the Wireless without the WPS by using manual mode and connecting to the ACs wireless SSID directing and configuring my wireless information from the web prompt on my iphone. Make sure to follow the paper instructions and use the Wifi button on the indoor unit under the hood. This was slightly annoying but I wanted to share this because the app says it needs WPS support, but this isn't truly the case.

### 4/5 — Works Fine

*2025-02-11, version 3.4.0*

The app is a little finicky to initially get set up in the Interface is clunky. I think that process could be smoother and more clearly written in the instructions. I’m an engineer and I don’t find them easy. But once the app is connected and registered, it works fine. When I’m travelling I often turn the heat pump up and down and on and off even when I’m in another country. So it does work. The current version of the app is very touchy when it comes to turning up or down the temperature and often when you hit the up and down arrows, it doesn’t work very well.

### 4/5 — Incredible ease of use and control

*2023-11-18*

I can now control the temperature and fan speed for my mini split from both my iPads and my iPhone, and am completely delighted. from upstairs, I can turn down the heat for the whole house at night or warm it up in the morning.

Thank you Fujitsu!
