The label “Case History” is misleading as it reflects registration statistics rather than the actual patient case history. - Statistics

In the Visit section, it is shown as “Refraction Report Generated.” Since PICO is a fundus device, the label should be made as "Fundus Report Generated" or updated appropriately.
