My camera would still be connected and viewable only through alerts. All of a sudden the app stopped showing my live camera feed and it would constantly log me out of the App and shows I have no camera tied to my account. Yet I still get alerts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the application and camera. No avail. The camera was great with the app. Not sure what happened with the app to cause this headache. ### 2/5 — Payment issue *2025-09-10, version 3.6.0* I made 3 payments and when I go to the app it says now have 1 day to extend my plan. It’s very frustrating because I keep to send my issue to where it says contact us but there’s link that I’ve tired to click on several times but it doesn’t work at all. ### 3/5 — Sound and mic issue *2025-02-27, version 3.6.0* Works great and I love the control you can have from your phone. The app has some bugs still though. The sound works until you try to talk through the camera. Once you give it permission to use the mic, the sound no longer plays in the app and you have to delete the app and reinstall to get it working again. ### 3/5 — Password Reset Failed *2024-06-30, version 3.4.9* The camera in and of itself was okay and served it purpose. I would use it when I would go out of town so I could spy on my cat. I went to use it a couple weeks ago and the app longer had my password saved. I tried every password I could think of. I clicked forget password. Typed in my email. It says it sent me a verification code but I never received it. I have tried multiple times. Very frustrating because now I can’t use the camera. So make sure you write you password down somewhere. ### 3/5 — Sound Not Working anymore *2024-06-22, version 3.4.9* Camera was working just fine in the beginning. You can communicate on your phone through the camera to the other person but you can’t hear anything back on your phone. I don’t know what happened but it stopped working. When it tries to log in it just spins and spins. I have tried everything to fix and and it doesn’t work. App has poorly written instructions, no customer support, frequent connectivity problems, and the mic and sound don’t work. I’ve even tried resetting my password, but the verification code is never sent. I no longer have any access to the app or my camera. The website looks fake and the contact form is inactive. ### 1/5 — FHH Camera Went South *2024-03-31, version 3.4.5* The camera worked well for about 16 months. I tried updating the software. I rebooted the camera several times and was able to reconnect with my WiFi, it loads to 85%, and sends a message “network difficulties”. Contacted our WiFi provider, no issues with them. Lastly, I contacted FHH and described my camera issues. FHH apologized for the inconvenience, asked for my camera spec which I provided, but I haven’t heard back for over a week now. Bought another camera from Amazon, keeping my fingers crossed on the new one. ### 1/5 — No Longer Working *2024-03-21* The camera worked well for about nine month, but will no stay connected to WiFi. I tried resetting the camera, didn’t help. Lastly, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as a new camera. During the setup, the camera acknowledges it connected to the WiFi, but stops loading at 85%. Time to toss this product and buy another brand. ### 1/5 — Can't Sign Up, iPhone *2023-07-26, version 3.4.3* The submit button is under the keyboard! There's no way to open account with an iPhone because you can't see the submit button and no way to scroll.
