Grief doesn’t follow a timetable. Some days you might want to talk. Other days you just need a gentle nudge to get through the basics. Fi is here for all of it – without judgement, pressure or platitudes.

With Fi, you can:

Put words to complex feelings like numbness, guilt, anger or relief.

Get practical guidance for difficult moments – from sleep and routines to anniversaries, holidays and family conversations.

Explore coping tools such as grounding exercises, breathing, journaling prompts and memory ideas.

Reflect on your day with gentle check-ins that notice how you’re doing over time.

Find trusted articles, tools and services signposted from hospice and non-profit partners.

Fi is designed for:

People grieving a partner, parent, child, friend or other loved one.

Carers and family members who need support while supporting others.

Anyone feeling isolated in their grief or unsure who they can talk to.

Built with care:

Designed to feel kind, calm and simple – not clinical or overwhelming.

Conversations are private and never sold to advertisers.

What Fi is not:

Fi does not provide therapy, diagnosis or medical advice.

It does not replace a counsellor, doctor or crisis service.

It cannot see or respond to emergencies.

For now, Fi is free to use while we learn from early users and partners. As the app grows, some advanced features may become part of a paid plan – but the core support experience will always be designed to stay accessible.
