Does the most basic functions. Lock. Unlock. Start climate. 

But for the love of god why does it need to honk so loud when the climate turns off?! 

App needs SERIOUS updating to be moderately comparable to other brands.

It worked for about a month, then stopped working and despite my best efforts, searching online for solutions, it simply won’t work again. I have also called many different FAC and Stellantis support phone numbers without yet reaching anyone who could assist me, each person attempted to be helpful by providing a different telephone number, none of which connected me with someone who could provide assistance.

Since the last app update, it no longer show the present battery state neither whenever it’s actually charging. Everything was alright for me before that last update.

It use to show if the door were locked, unlocked, trunk opened or closed. Doesn’t anymore. It won’t update what my charging level is at. I have updated the app. It needs a lot of work because this is frustrating.

Always hangs, half the time does not lock or unlock the car. Climate control maxes at 15 mins (what if your dog is in the car?). Takes forever to authenticate any time you need to send a prompt.

I have had my 2024 Fiat 500e for 17 months, and the app has yet to work. It is absolutely the worst interface for a car that I ever encountered.
If I had to do it over again, I would never have purchased this car…
Italians should stick to  pasta and leave car making to everyone else!

This is my first electric car so it might be that I’m kinda over stimulated but it’s actually very convenient seeing the battery percentage when I’m traveling, tells me in real time how much I’m consuming with or without air conditioner, how much it regenerates when I’m hitting the brakes, it’s got the 3 modes which I use often for certain situations. Ya it has low range so if I wanna travel far ya bring the 120v charger or look for charging stations but I live in the city so it’s been a blast so far.
