J’avais la version 1 du fibaro intercom. J’ai rarement reçu là sonnerie quand quelqu’un été a ma porte. Problème de DNS 8.8.8.8. Bloquage… il a fini par prendre l’eau…. A 600e le produit, je m’attendais à bien mieux. Si ont pouvait mettre 0 étoile c’est ce que j’aurai fait. 
Je part sur Door bird.

Had it for a year. Paid a lot. Keeps disconnecting mobile client. Sometimes it doesn’t actually ring when someone pushes the button / or it takes a long time to ring on my tablet since person pushes button outside the house. Sometimes it disconnects and it doesn’t want to reconnect for days, even with power cycling. So...VERY disappointed. I invested a lot in fibaro ecosystem and I feel let down a lot,

A quand une vrai mise à jour de l’intercom????  Quasi impossible de visualiser avec l’appli, je suis obligé de désinstaller puis réinstaller l’appli pour que cela fonctionne ou de passer directement avec l’application du HC2.

Funktioniert nur wenn es gerade mal will. 
Wenn man es stromlos schaltet funktioniert es wieder für einige Zeit. Es ist einfach nicht zuverlässig. Obwohl ich mit LAN Verbindung arbeite verliert es immer wieder den Kontakt. Schlechter Service. Bisher keine Lösung in Sicht.

Old app that’s seen no updates. Won’t reliably inform me that user pressing the intercom, won’t connect over 4G anymore. Intercom useless with this app.

Po aktualizacjach w dniu dzisiejszym nie ma możliwości zalogowania się do interkomu. Łączność poprzez stronę www jest wiec znów coś z aplikacja. Dzięki temu mam dzwonek za ciężkie pieniądze, którego nie mogę obsługiwać :(

Не возможно добавить домофон в приложение. Находит его, но при добавлении ошибка. Все способы перепробовал, по wi-fi, авто и ручные настройки - результат отрицательный. Сброс на заводские настройки не помогает. Не рекомендую покупать, очень сырой продукт.

Je vois des fonctions de calibrage, de définition de plage pour les users...mais où sont ces fonctionnalités?
Introuvable dans l’appli,pas de portail Web...je commence déjà à regretter les 900€ investis

I bought this device a few days ago. Tragedy. Wicket away from the building of 5m, the picture breaks, the sound breaks, the device connected via WiFi does not completely fulfill its function! All parameters have been reduced to a minimum, the image of poor quality also did not help. I strongly advise against! The device should work properly via WiFi, if I knew that the cable connection works better, I would not have spent 900euro on it !!

Bought it with certain enthusiasm. Now dismantled and threw away. I never managed to have this worked, despite hours spent on setting this thing up. Customer support is not only non responsive, they are clueless as well.
Stay out of this product!

How it is possible that we are free yeras after release official app and when it load it says marketing version… I can’t see any events in home centre 3. This device is just pure disaster. When we can expect fixes ?!

Brak aktualizacji, ciągle się zwiesza a aplikacja nie działa. Nie można usunąć powiadomień ani odtworzyć wiadomości. Głośność do kitu, mimo prób ustawień w aplikacji Przestrzegano mnie przez zakupem Intercom, jednak posiadam urządzenia Fibaro w domu więc kupiłam żeby wszystko było z jednej firmy. Totalna porażka, żałuję że nie posłuchałam i nie kupiłam wideofonu innej firmy który działa bez zarzutu co widzę ponieważ sąsiadka go posiada. Niby Fibaro zapewnia o udoskonaleniach a następnie czeka się wieki na poprawki!

the application works the same as the device. joke!!! since purchase (about 5 years ago) it still does not work. despite complaints, nothing changes. I decided to deal with it again. resetting, uninstalling the application, changing user accounts, changing LAN to WiFi, etc., etc., nothing helps. when starting the application, elran appears for a split second and says: "$(MARKETING_VERSION)( 1). a good summary of both the application and the device. Marketing, marketing, marketing. only. nothing works since new!!!!

Leider vergisst die App regelmäßig die Zugangsdaten zum Intercom. Auch durch die richtige Eingabe ist kein Zugang mehr möglich. Es hilft nur noch, das intercom komplett zurückzusetzen un neu einzurichten. Und das jeden Monat...

Update 06/2022:
Jetzt ist das intercom komplett für den Müll. Selbst nach einem reset ist es nun nicht mehr möglich das intercom in die App zu integrieren.

Aplikacja często się wiesza, mimo ze Intercom jest po LAN. Nie działa otwieranie przez Bluetooth, nie da się go nawet skonfigurować. Jeśli są dwa Intercom, drzwi i furtka to nie da się zrobić dwóch innych użytkowników (ogrodnik może wejść i do ogrodu i do domu). Ogólnie fatalna aplikacja w porównaniu do Yubii.

Malgré un bug sur la version 1.40 qui ferme aussitôt l’app et dans l’attente d’un correctif, je suis content du travail fait pour cet intercom, j’apprécie beaucoup ce produit.  Mais comment créer un code d’accès fonctionnant seulement lors d’une plage horaire ? Je ne trouve pas cette fonction via l’app (je n’ai pas de fibaro home center lite ni HC2). Comment utiliser et configurer une sonnette externe 12 v   lors d’un appui sur le bouton ring?  Comment utiliser la fonction SIP avec un moniteur SIP où une autre application avez vous un tuto ?  L’Apple watch seule peut elle aussi fonctionner pour déverrouiller un accès en Bluetooth  ? Et à quand la prochaine grosse mise à jour ? Quelles seront les nouveautés ? Merci à vous.  Manech

iPhone X und IPad Pro mittlerweile sauber (Auflösung) implementiert. Lediglich mit IOS 12 gibt es noch kleinere Performanceprobleme sobald jemand an der Intercom klingelt und man im Gespräch von Normalmodus in Landscape wechselt.

@Fibaro Support: 
Fibaro Intercom ist mittels LAN (CAT5E) und 12 V angeschlossen. Firmware: 4.1.4.85/ Hardwareversion 2.
Um das Problem näher einzugrenzen: Wenn jemand am Intercom klingelt und der Angerufene das Gespräch annimmt (IPhone X, IOS 12) und während dem Gespräch die Ausrichtung des Smartphone von horizontal in vertikal mehrfach wechselt, beginnt die Drehanimation zu ruckeln (2 Bilder pro Sekunde). Oftmals ruckelt auch während dem Gespräch (ohne Drehbewegung) das Kamerabild der Intercom (Framedrops).

Update 14.10.2019: 
Seit Update der Software auf Version 1.4 lässt sich die Intercom App überhaupt nicht mehr starten (sie schließt sich sofort). Bitte umgehend den Fehler beheben.

Même si l’appareil fonctionne bien globalement, beaucoup de fonctionnalités promises ne sont pas au rendez-vous. L’une des fonctionnalités de base, c’est de pouvoir consulter les enregistrements de la carte Micro SD, malheureusement cette option ne fonctionne pas. Est-ce un problème Intercom ou IOS ?

Problème lors d’un appel les deux iphones sonnent si se décroche pour la communication le deuxième iphone continu à sonner cela réduit la qualité vidéo et sonore de la communication en réduisant la bande passante de mon réseau 

Pouvez-vous corriger cela dans l’appli merci

Tres Bon produit semble de très bonne facture 
Pouvez- vous me dire quand la version de l application iPhone en FRANÇAIS ainsi que le mode d’emploi. En français

Si possible, soit avec une mise en pause automatique lorsqu’il y a une interaction avec l’intercom,
soit une fonction PIP (Picture In Picture)
