No measuring. Just add each plant, and the app keeps track. You can adjust the goals to your preferences.

### 5/5 — Great App for tracking your eating patterns

*2024-06-22, version 1.3.1*

I watched a Netflix documentary about gut health and it recommended we should be eating 30-40 different kinds of vegetables and fruits a week to promote a healthy digestive system. I have been using this app since I watched it. It is very easy to use. One recommendation to the developers is have the food list that I track correct itself in an alphabetical order.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Dont bother

*2025-06-27, version 5.1*

Most features are behind a pay wall and you cant put in different measures/portions of things (eg half an avocado)

### 1/5 — Ridiculous app

*2025-03-13, version 4.3*

This is the worst app I've ever used in my life.

### 1/5 — No fiber amount

*2025-02-28, version 4.3*

Doesn’t track fiber amount

### 1/5 — Does not track fiber

*2025-02-24, version 4.3*

Disappointed as this app tracks number of different plants consumed but does not give any data on how many grams of fiber one is consumed each day.

### 1/5 — A software update that removes functionality

*2024-12-19, version 3.0*

I use to love this app. But then they rolled out an update that put down basic functionality behind a pay wall. (Showing how much you ate the past week) I dislike the laziness behind the approach, instead of offering customer extra innovation for a fee, locking existing stuff behind pay walls. Terrible approach.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2024-09-09, version 2.1.1*

This app has great potential as a simple plant food tracker. I’m very disappointed that the list of plants is so limited, half of the plant foods I have eaten today are not listed, and there’s no option to add to the directory. Sadly, I will be going back to pen and paper.

### 3/5 — Nice simple app in early stages still missing basic functionality

*2024-09-24, version 3.0*

This app is a simple tool to help you track your consumption of diverse plant based foods to support your mission to build and maintain a healthy gut microbiome.

It is the only app I could find to do this and has the potential to be perfect for its purpose, but it’s really in early stage development. There is a really poor catalogue of plants to select from via in app search so you end up manually entering them all yourself. Also once entered they do not appear in alphabetical order which is another time waster as you scroll through your random manually created list trying to find your previous entries.

The calander shows daily goals as green but no number other than date and no indicator for weekly goals achieved or the number of plants daily or weekly in the calander view. although I believe recent updates may require a ten $ fee to access superior functions in the calander stats.

Overall I am using this daily on free version but really hope the basic functions are added soon as I don’t feel it is worthy of subscription quite yet.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2025-07-17, version 5.2*

This app is a useful way for me to try to up my fiber intake without becoming too focused on grams. My only complaint is that there’s a lot of plants not on there. (Why are “craisins” an option but raisins aren’t?)

### 4/5 — Love this app

*2024-06-07, version 1.3.1*

Makes eating healthy feel like a fun game.
Would love to have the option og counting 30 (or more) per week but also for the last 7 days.

### 4/5 — Nice and simple to use

*2024-06-03, version 1.3.1*

Straightforward App that helps you keep track of what fruit/veg/plants you eat over the weeks. Has a daily/weekly counter so it’s easy to see how you’re getting on. Easy to add different plants too even if they’re not listed, though it does rely on you to only add plants/fruit/veg as it will accept you entering other types of food and will then add them to your totals. So as long as you don’t try and cheat it, it’s a really useful App.

### 5/5 — Fun, simple, and easy to use!

*2025-01-24, version 4.1*

I found this app when looking for something to help me track my goal of 30 plans per week. It fits the bill perfectly!

Some ideas from a fellow designer 🙂:
- using icons or emojis for each plant so that when you look at your list you get a little visual indicator of variety
- I would love to be able to see which plants I HAVEN’T eaten in the week as a way to get ideas to add to my variety!
- it would also be cool to tap into a plant and see more info like nutrients, category (ex. brassica family). You could also do more cool statistics with those categories.

### 5/5 — Easy, fantastic, motivational

*2025-01-23, version 4.1*

I love this app because it’s quick and easy to use, helps provide a snap shot of the amour of plants I eat to motivate me to reach my goal!
