## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Deleted

Can’t find any food in. Olives, radishes, grape tomatoes, very basic stuff to have, but the free version didn’t support.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! We just pushed an update that adds olives, radishes, grape tomatoes, and many more foods to our database. Please update the app and give it another try if you’re still interested!

### 1/5 — Never even got to the tracking

*2026-08-08*

Couldn’t get past a demographic page as there was no way to either submit or move past it. Not sure how others actually got to the tracking. Emailed the developer days ago; awaiting a response. Deleted the app and looking elsewhere.

**Developer response:** Hi! Sorry about the trouble. We weren’t able to find an email from you, but we did identify the issue you experienced and it has been fixed in the latest version.

Please update the app and give it another try if you’re still interested. Thank you for the feedback!

### 1/5 — Free version is worthless

*2026-07-29*

The free version is missing tons of basic foods, so how can you track things? Not sure about paid version.

**Developer response:** Hi! Sorry you had a frustrating experience. The free version includes hundreds of common fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, and other high-fiber foods, plus a free barcode scanner for packaged items.

If there was a specific food you couldn’t find, we’d be happy to add it. Just email us at acalisedev@gmail.com and we’ll get it into the database.

### 2/5 — Good but lacks accuracy and function

*2026-08-07, version 2.1.2*

FiberUP is a nice looking app but not up for the job if you take fiber input seriously
1. AI scan is not consistently accurate.
2. You cannot look back at previous detailed data to compare and improve.
3. E mail support is very slow.

### 5/5 — Actually makes me want to eat more veggies

*2026-08-12*

my friend introduced me to this app. i've never tracked fiber before, but it's actually a nice little reminder to eat more veggies. pretty good!

### 5/5 — Perfect for tracking fiber

*2026-08-12, version 2.1.3*

Fiber was recommended by my doctor and I’m really glad I found this app. Super easy to use and now I’m able to record how much getting.

### 5/5 — FINALLY! An easy fiber tracker!

*2026-08-09*

Super simple to use and makes tracking my daily fiber way easier. The food database and barcode scanner save me a ton of time

### 5/5 — Helps track gastroparesis diet

*2026-07-08*

I use this to help track the fiber for my gastroparesis diet, I can’t have more then 12 grams a day. It’s the first app I have found out of sooooo many that is exactly what I needed, just tracking fiber and lets me customize the goal!

### 5/5 — Fantastic app developed by a revolutionary individual

*2026-04-05*

FiberUp is one of those apps that does exactly what it promises no fluff, no distractions. The interface is clean, fast, and actually enjoyable to use, which is rare for nutrition tracking apps that usually feel bloated or overwhelming.

The barcode scanner is a big win. It makes logging fiber intake quick enough that you’ll actually stick with it instead of giving up after a few days. That alone makes it more practical than most “health habit” apps that rely too much on manual input.

What stands out most is the focus. It’s not trying to track everything under the sun just fiber. That simplicity is its strength. If your goal is to improve gut health or just stop eating like garbage, this gives you a clear, measurable target without overcomplicating things.

That said, it might feel too minimal for people who want full macro tracking or deeper nutritional breakdowns. But honestly, that’s kind of the point. This is for people who want a habit tool, not a full-on diet obsession.

Bottom line: if you’re serious about improving your diet in a realistic way, FiberUp is surprisingly effective. It removes friction, keeps you accountable, and doesn’t waste your time.

### 5/5 — Love the simplicity

I’ve been struggling with tracking my fibers and this app actually saved my life. I’ve been feeling so much more energized now that I’ve been reaching my goal daily! As someone with ADHD, setting eating goals for myself really helps me as to not go over the top or eating too less! This app is clearly made with care and precision, and it cares about its users.
