### 5/5 — Great way to keep track of fibro triggers

This app has been super helpful with awareness and I’m noticing I have triggers I wasn’t aware of before. The AI analysis and insight is really beneficial for helping me predict a potential flare in advance, which has allowed me to try things to get ahead of it. As someone who struggles with brain fog, having a place where I can see and store all of this data has been really great. I’m excited to keep using it to gather more data and share with my healthcare team
