## What is FibroLog?

Your personal AI for making sense of fibromyalgia
Take back control of your days.
FibroLog is more than a symptom diary: it is an AI built to listen to your body. Made for people who live with fibromyalgia every day, FibroLog brings your daily data together to reveal hidden patterns, so you can see what tends to come before a bad day.

What makes FibroLog different?

AI analysis of triggers and trends
Stop guessing. The AI engine reads your days continuously, cross-checking dozens of variables to surface what actually precedes your pain and your fatigue.

A medical report your doctor can read in a minute
The PDF report opens with what weighs most on the day after — sleep, weather, stress, activity, meals — each stated in a sentence, not a chart to decode. Below it, one figure lines up pain, sleep stages and barometric pressure on the same days.

Smart food tracking
Take a photo of your plate, or type a short description. The AI reads the ingredients and flags gluten and pro-inflammatory foods.

Tracking that covers everything
Weather: automatic sync with local conditions (barometric pressure, humidity, temperature swings).
Sleep: deep, REM and light sleep and awakenings from Apple Health, compared against the next day's symptoms.
Movement: integration with your devices to follow activity and rest.
Treatments: log medications, supplements and ongoing therapies to see how they are really working over time.

Your data, your leverage
Weather heads-up: when you open the app, it tells you a drop in barometric pressure is coming, the kind that has gone with worse days for you before.
Share with your doctor: export your monthly report, so the appointment starts from data instead of memory.
Delete everything: one command in Settings removes your whole diary from the device.

FibroLog is a personal diary. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5.1 — 2026-09-15

A small fix, and a request.

• Until now FibroLog only asked for an App Store rating after an AI analysis or the medical report, which are both paid features — so in practice it never asked anyone. It now asks right after the app has shown you something of your own: the first comparison between your nights and the days that followed, and your second week of diary.

If FibroLog is useful to you, those stars are the only thing that lets people who need it find it. Right now there are four of them.

### 2.5.0 — 2026-09-14

The first weeks are no longer silent.

• Trends now opens with your hardest day so far — how much you had slept that night and what the pressure was — and a countdown to the analyses still coming. Before, the app answered "not enough data" and stopped there, giving you no reason to come back.

• The upgrade prompt now tells you how many days of your history fall outside the last month, and the part that matters: your data is safe and is never deleted. It replaced a prompt that pushed the AI analysis after five days, when the app still had nothing to say.

• Fixed the 30-day limit. It was measured from the exact moment you opened the app, so the boundary drifted through the day and an entry from thirty days ago could vanish in the afternoon. It now moves at midnight, as you would expect.

• The welcome screens are finally translated: if your iPhone is set to English, you were seeing them in Italian.

### 2.4.9 — 2026-09-03

The report works out which symptoms actually weigh on you.

• New section: which symptoms coincide with your worst days, and which appear together. The comparison accounts for the fact that on bad days you tick more boxes — without that correction, everything would look important.
• The report states how many comparisons it made: small differences stay leads to raise with your doctor, not conclusions.
• Trend over time: how you are now compared with the period before.
• Atmospheric pressure now shows the drops, which are what matters, and the legend explains every mark on the chart.
• More cautious sleep comparisons: no more near-identical nights presented as short and long.
• All abbreviations spelled out in full, in the report and the CSV export.

### 2.4.8 — 2026-09-01

The medical report now reads at a glance, and sleep becomes an analysis.

• The report opens with what weighs most on the day after — sleep, weather, stress, activity, meals — each stated in a sentence.

• One new figure lines up pain, sleep stages and barometric pressure on the same days, so a drop in pressure and a spike in pain can be seen crossing.

• Deep, REM and light sleep and awakenings from Health are now saved, and reach the report, the CSV export and the AI analysis.

• Comparisons look at the NEXT day. Looking at the same day mostly measured the reverse effect, because a painful day is what makes you sleep badly.

• New "Delete all my data" command in Settings. Your subscription is not affected.

• The app, the report and the AI analysis are now available in English.

### 2.4.7 — 2026-08-01
