En Ficohsa queremos hacerte la vida más fácil, por eso ponemos a tu disposición está nueva aplicación completamente gratis, disponible en español e inglés para que puedas realizar tus operaciones bancarias desde tu móvil de una manera cómoda y sencilla. 
 
Estos son algunos de los beneficios que disfrutarás:
 
• Configurar tu acceso con huella digital (aplica para dispositivos Apple)
• Consulta de saldos y movimientos de productos bancarios
• Transferencias entre cuentas propias, a terceros y ACH
• Pago de tarjeta de crédito, servicios públicos, recargas y otros
• Personalización de productos para su fácil identificación
• Registro de cuentas como favoritas
• Autorización de transacciones por medio de pin o token para mayor seguridad

Dejen de poner publicidad, hacen que el app se trabe . Ni siquiera da la opción de quitar la publicidad, hay que cerrar el app y volver abrirla. Una perdida de tiempo.

Una aplicación de banco no deberia de tener anuncios. Ponen como 4 y cuando uno los quita se traba el app y siempre hay uno que nisiquiera trae la “X” para quitarlo . Es una perdida de tiempo estar abriendo y cerrando el app

Yo perdí mi número para el Token y aunque tengo mi correo el Token lo envían a el número salí de el país hablé con personal de ficohsa para explicar la situación y quieren que yo vaya personalmente a el banco explicándoles que no estoy en el país y que si no me ayudan a cambiar el número podría alguien robarme ya que el número que tenía para el Token lo perdí por mucho tiempo fuera de el país les digo que yo tengo todos mis documentos usuario contraseña que si podría cambiar el número y no dan respuesta de nada, no veo el por qué no pueden ayudar sabiendo la situación para mí son malísimos 🫥

Ficohsa requires you to use your phone for any kind of transfer. You cannot use your computer to do anything requiring transfers or bill pay. You can try, but it’s going to tell you to get a token from the phone app. When you login to get the token on the phone, it will log you out of your online banking on the computer.
