Ich bekomme eine Koller. Ich habe die App seit 3 Jahren und plötzlich beschließt sie mein Abo nicht mehr zuzulassen, das ich aber seit Jahren habe.. dann habe ich versucht Münzen zu kaufen. Ja das Geld ist von meinem Konto, aber die Münzen nicht in der App.. Ich habe mehr erwartet. Vorallem weil ich mitten im lesen war. Wieso macht die App plötzlich schlapp, das kann doch nicht wahr sein.

معاي مشكله بالاشتراك والتواصل معاكم ولا احد بيرد بس تم اخذ فلوس الاشتراك بدون ماتفعل معاي ولا كانه مشتركه يطلب منى انه اشترك مره ثانيه طيب والاشتراكين اللي دافعتهم ؟؟؟ لا استفدت منه ولا رجعتو المبلغ

Arnaque totale. J’ai mis une étoile car pas le choix mais elle en vaut 0. 
J’ai payé pour un abonnement illimité pour un an : quasi 100 euros de perdu. Ça bloque toujours la lecture en disant que « la lecture gratuite pour aujourd’hui est terminée » mais aujourd’hui peut durer des semaines. Sinon faut repayer pour avoir des trucs pour debloquer. Des fois, j’arrive à lire un peu plus mais ça se bloque rapidement. Pas normal pour de l’illimité. J’essaie tous les jours et suis frustrée tous les jours. 
Quant au service client, n’en parlons pas… je leur ai envoyé plusieurs messages sans aucune réponse. Franchement, je suis abonnée à Kifflire et Webnovel et aucun soucis. 
Garder votre argent pour une autre appli plus respectueuse. Elle ne devrait plus exister.
