I’ve signed up for many apps and this was by far the most frustrating. I only finished because it got to the point that I was wasn’t gonna let the app win 🤣. ### 1/5 — Good Idea, Poor Execution *2025-10-19, version 2.0.2* It took me three months just to register in this app. My first registration attempt failed — I couldn’t log in afterwards: the app kept saying that no account existed for my email, but when I tried to register again, it said my phone number was already in the system. I reached out for help multiple times — asked the staff at different Fidelheads locations, emailed support — and was told my case would be reviewed. That was it. No one ever followed up. Today, I finally managed to register (apparently, my phone number finally went through). But then a new issue appeared — during payment. When you try to pay with Apple Pay, the app redirects you to “add a new card by scanning.” After scanning, Apple Pay says that this card is already added to Wallet (obviously). You can repeat this several times — same result. So in the end, you have to enter your card details manually because Apple Pay just doesn’t work. Overall, the app is frustrating to use, and communication from the team is just as bad. ### 1/5 — FIX YOUR APP *2025-10-09, version 2.0.2* Hey Fiddleheads, I messaged y’all via your contact us form on your website, and y’all never got back to me. Apple Pay is not configured correctly on your app. It says “set up Apple Pay” when selecting the payment method, then it brings you to the Apple Wallet to set up a new card??? INSTEAD of going to the Apple Pay payment screen flyover. My Apple Pay has been set up for a long time…. That’s not the issue here. Please fix this! I’d leave a screenshot if I could. ALSO there’s a weird disconnect with the points system in-store and on the app. Every time I walk into a store I’m able to use points that I have for $5, $10 & $15 off orders. However, on the app it only lets me use $5 off and only sometimes! ***EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE POINTS FOR IT.*** That’s all thank you, and please reach out to me. ### 1/5 — Login *2025-09-05, version 2.0.2* I’ve never been able to log into my account. I received an email saying welcome to my perks but I can’t sign in. And if I check forgot password it tells me that no user with my email address exists, but I get the marketing emails. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Paying for mostly air *2025-05-21, version 2.0.2* Ordered a 20 cappuccino. Took it home and poured it into a 20 ounce mug. Was barely over half full. I understand leaving a little bit of space for the foam but that’s just ridiculous. ### 3/5 — Apple Pay doesn’t work *2025-04-19* When trying to place my first order, it says I can “set up Apple Pay”. But I use Apple Pay elsewhere and already have cards added. The app doesn’t seem to be able to let me just make a purchase with Apple Pay, it seems to want to do something more complicated. I deleted the app. It’s too much work to buy a cup of coffee. ### 1/5 — Bad update *2024-05-29, version 2.0.0* My app updated today and now I’m not able to order anything. I can’t log into my account, I can’t check out as a guest. When I try to reset my password it only allows strong password, it doesn’t let me make my own. When I reset the password and attempt to log in with the new password, it tells me the password is wrong. Please fix this. I only order from here through the app as i don’t have the space in my schedule to come in and order and wait for my food. ### 2/5 — App needs some hot fixes *2023-06-24, version 1.0.1* I have been unable to use the app to start an order now for a month or so. It just spins when starting an order. ### 4/5 — Can’t Add a New Card *2023-05-29, version 1.0.1* I’ve been willing to put up with some of the other issues people have brought up (poor design and user experience, not connected to perks) because of the convenience of being able to skip the line and order. But I can’t even do that right now because the app won’t let me add a new card. It takes me to the new card page, but then there are no boxes for the card number or security code. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2023-04-19, version 1.0.1* I just tried to sign up for a new account in the app. Upon completion, it saved neither my email address Nor my password to Apple Keychain before dumping me out to log in again. Now, when I try to create a new account, it says I already have one. You know - that same account that I was never able to sign in to?? Brilliant engineering, guys.
