The customer service is incredibly poor and unprofessional. Staff are often dismissive, slow to respond, and seem completely uninterested in resolving even simple issues. I visited the branch to withdraw money from their ATM and on first attempt their ATM took my card without second chance, when the issues was reported to customer service and to the Manager on duty to resolve the issue and I was tossed back and forth between desks with no clear explanation. After more than two hours of waiting, I was told to “come back next week” without any documentation or assurance that my issue was being handled. No empathy, no urgency, no accountability. The branch is always overcrowded with minimal seating and long queues. Systems are either down or painfully slow. Basic services that should take minutes drag on for hours. It’s shocking that a bank this size is running this inefficiently in 2025. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from Fidelity Bank Tesano. I will be moving my funds elsewhere and discouraging everyone I know from banking here. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-05-31, version 8.013* Fidelity is the worst banking company How can you allow a direct deduction for someone’s account without notifying your customer to confirm to proceed or not.
