However, whenever I attempt to do this either by uploading a photo or taking a picture, it produces an error. A new version was published after which authentication always fails while continuing to work in the Fidelity app ### 1/5 — Version 2.39.12 is not working either *2026-08-22, version 2.39.12* Update is not working on my iPhone iOS 26.6.1. I have not been able to access my HSA account through the app since the last two updates. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Declined Almost Everywhere *2026-08-21, version 2.38.25* The reason I use this app so much (which functions well) is because I have to request paper check reimbursements for so many HSA eligible items and locations (sunscreen, pedialyte, dermatologist office??!). My wife’s card has been blocked for the last week. She and I have both called multiple times! Every customer service rep gives a different story! Oh your card is NOT blocked! Then go to use it & it wasn’t go through with over $6K in account! If these clowns can’t be trusted to figure out a simple HSA Debit card would NEVER TRUST them for any financial help or services! They are really terrible! The one customer service representative kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me give her the information she said she needed! Just terrible customer service & a DISASTER to work with! After 6 calls & much time on the phone with several reps the problem is still NOT SOLVED! ### 1/5 — Clunky debit card activation process *2026-05-04, version 2.32.14* First off, I couldn’t use the website, the link after logging in told me I could not access it. It directed me to get another Fidelity app. I already have two others including NetBenefits. To add my digital card to my Wallet I had log into my Apple account through a web view even though I’m literally on an app. It asked me for a code which I then have to memorize in order to plug it in. It worked at the end, but wild how the transition to apps means websites don’t work, and then then app uses a website anyway.
