Is there no dark mode? I miss the white-over-dark grey with swaths of dark emerald of the previous version. This one is sterile and moreover an affront on the retinae. Also, it's gonna take quite a while to figure out where everything's been moved to. I'm surprised there's no in-app guided tour for reorienting users who had to make the jump, or for anyone, really. I still haven't found the "Manage Travel Plans" feature and begin to wonder if it got the axe for whatever reason. EDIT: Finally found it stashed away under "tools", like it was some kind of addendum or afterthought. I still haven't found the "Manage Travel Plans" feature and begin to wonder if it got the axe for whatever reason. ### 4/5 — 4.5/5.0 Mostly Reliable Experience *2026-05-24, version 26.1.10* Everything works mostly great, so instead of paring the features, which the app's description neatly details anyway (let's avoid those redundancies, let's talk minor issues/potential areas for improvement: • Sometimes the app runs a little slowly, and on a related note, other times (every so often) it loads the "Cards" tab indefinitely, essentially frozen, necessitating a closing of the app and a reopening of it to follow (which of course also involves logging in all over again, yay, repetition), but it always loads the Cards tab correctly upon restarting, so it's not too inconvenient. • Once in a while also, it simply won't let you log in, due to Fidelity ‘experiencing technical difficulties’, whatever that means. You just gotta wait that out. • Lastly, some online purchases requires Travel Plans, but if you don't have the right regions lifted for a purchase so that your payment is denied, it's not always clear which one(s) that was/were. ### 3/5 — Horrible lately *2025-02-15, version 24.2.60* Constantly have to reset my password cause it says its wrong but it isnt. I have changed passwords multiple times yet I still run into the same issue. The old version everything was fast and smooth, this one just isn’t great. Takes forever to load. I also hate that all the deposits and transactions are all black. It was easier to keep track of deposits when they were green, it just made more sense. And the balance under each transaction is gone whether it was pending or not !! What the heck!!! I like to see what the balance would be for everything. Use a laptop and a browser if you want to bank online with Fidelity. Hence why I’m changing my direct deposits to a different bank. I really wish I could do business with Fidelity unfortunately everything is online nowadays, but Fidelity Bank is not integrated whatsoever. If you’re looking for a bank where you can check your balance quick via an app this is not the bank app for you. After changing my password 5 times it worked and I had $1000+ in overdraft fees. 0/10 stars.
