Sometimes it can take up to 15-20mins just to load the page where you will put your sign in information. Tho has been happening to me for years now. Sometimes it will load faster. Suddenly today I am being asked to upgrade. The upgrade is not opening up at the App Store. My fear is that it may ask me to upgrade the phone and force me to buy another phone. Are you people conspiring with phone companies to force your customers’ hands? Why would you fix something that is not broken if there is nothing there for you? Please leave me where I am, I de taste any upgrade that will make me to buy another. I have powerful computers that are doing more for me. They turn off their services anytime they want. It’s a rubbish and the app is useless. Very useless bank. None of the customer care numbers works, if you can’t them on WhatsApp, the prompt keeps bringing out what you didn’t request, email takes them weeks to reply, leaving customers so vulnerable.
