Almost 7 months later and it’s usable, dare I say user friendly even. There are a lot of competitors with a more intuitive interface but this will do. Well done to the developers. This is the ONLY reason I use the app. ### 2/5 — iPad usage *2025-11-11, version 3.23.0* On my iPad the app occupies a small area of the screen the size of a phone. Our immediate focus in on the mobile app experience which I hope will make it easier to find our app's features. ### 1/5 — Hi Fidelity, Not! *2025-08-10* Quite a clunky app, not very dynamic. Can navigate ok, but need more tabs rather than just the 3. Needs access to the individuals pension scheme from the outset with all the requisite security rather than looking at the individuals scheme pot and then having to find what you’re looking for. Also e-signing & clicking documents from iPad or iPhone are tricky. It doesn’t indicate whether you have to attach the signed and indicated documents or how or whether you can save the changes to the document that was sent to you. Some obvious UX flaws but there are worse apps out there. I payed into this company’s savings scheme every fortnight. Now I have left the company and have requested to take my saved money as a single payment (leavers payment) it’s like it’s a ghost company. If you manage to get through to them on the phone no one can give you a straight answer and just clearly reads the lies off of the website. I wouldn’t wish this painful, non-communicative, unprofessional and ridiculous ‘investings/savings’ plan company to a terrorist organisation let alone my worst enemy. Joke. **Developer response:** We're so sorry to hear you're unhappy and that we've failed to meet your expectations. Under UK law, we are restricted to when we are allowed to pay retirement savings out to people. This is usually due to the person being below the minimum pension age of 55 (which is rising to 57 in 2028). While I am unable to see your specific circumstances here, I would encourage you to speak to us again on 0800 368 68 68 so we can either help you make a withdrawal, or more clearly explain why you are unable to (if that is the case). ### 1/5 — Unable to login via App *2026-02-27, version 3.26.0* The app just sits there spinning whilst trying to load and eventually times out.
