I expected that if there should be an upgrade or update or changes in your token app the least to do is inform customers and also sensitize your online customer service rep on how to help customers out in navigating it. I have called 3 times on different occasions to complain about the app but none of your online customer rep can help. Because I still cannot explain why I was logged out of the app and I cannot gain access with the same details I’ve been using for a long time. It will say token copied to clipboard but will never paste the token and always leaving you in distress.
