However the app itself is a little buggy. You can normally fix it by closing the app and reopening it. ### 4/5 — Watchlist Issues *2025-10-20* Overall pretty solid. However the watchlist is full of bugs. I have to try multiple times to add stocks and ETFs to my watchlist. It also no longer displays the daily percent gain/loss and dollar gain/loss. It makes the watchlist effectively worthless. It is painfully annoying to individually click through each of my 50 or so stocks in my watchlist every morning. If it continues, you can reach out to us through "Profile" and then "Contact us" so we can connect and work to make things right. ### 4/5 — Great Service, Buggy App *2025-10-16* This service is great for allowing kids like me to invest, but the app keeps FREAKING LOGGING ME OUT EVERY 5 SECONDS, and I’m not talking about the automated security logout. It’ll do it even before the time runs out. And idk if it’s because I have so many stocks on my watchlist but it won’t show me any of the data (where it says percent increase/decrease next to the stock) for the stocks which is inconvenient. Please fix! :D **Developer response:** Thanks for leaving a review, breakaPLAN. While an app session will automatically be terminated after a certain period of inactivity, clients can customize the time before timeout. Session timeout choices include 5, 15, and 30 minutes. This can be managed by tapping "Profile," followed by "Security," then within 'Session timeout,' choose the desired timeout selection. Very frustrating for me and my son. Not worth your time. Update. Now my son is locked out. Customer service told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to recreate the account. When I try to recreate it, the website won’t let me and says it still exists. Trying to set this account up for my daughter and what a pain. Ended up calling customer support. The company froze her account without warning, and then they took every single dollar. We were left completely powerless, and now she can’t afford her tuition. It feels like they stole her future right out from under her. I had to cancel so many Amazon orders because this app is so incompetent with its safety features, I make like 3 purchases online and my debit card completely shuts down. Not to mention it never remembers my password or username and I have to constantly set of Face ID because the app keeps forgetting it, I have to routinely call customer support because I can’t purchase anything with my debit card. It always happens at the most inconvenient times. If the thing I ordered were needed urgently this would be super terrible, especially since the payment sometimes only declines hours after I placed the order, sometimes after it’s already shipped and it’s such a hassle. I had to give people birthday presents late because fidelity kept declining my order or go to class without the materials I need because again my payment was declined. In all of these situations I am 100% certain I had more than enough money in my account for the purchase I checked multiple times.
