I paid the $9.99 for the year, yet am unable to use the functions I want out without contacting the sales rep. Out of principal, I’m not doing that. It even prorated property taxes and mortgage interest. WELL worth it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Glitches Galore *2026-08-01* It’s pretty tough to get this app to save any information. Details are deleted, costs in the details are not saved. It’s extremely frustrating. ### 1/5 — Great App…with stipulations *2025-02-17* I’ve used this app for a few years now. It’s a great app and offers tons of features & utility. Best app for these purposes guaranteed. However, every few months I receive a notification stating that “fees may have changed & to connect with your Fidelity rep” - you literally get locked out until the rep unlocks the app for you. Here is the kicker, no fees have changed and the purpose of the check in is not even to ensure that the escrow & title fees are properly set in the app. It’s literally just a lie to force you to connect with a rep. After a few times of this, I just started asking the reps “if I’m paying for the app, why do I keep getting locked out under false pretenses?” I’ve had one rep tell me, well our app is really only for agents that use Fidelity. I’ve had another rep answer the call and after I said that my app is locked out again, his follow up question was not “Let’s make sure the fees are correct for you.” His follow up question was “Which of our escrow officers are your favorite to work with?” It’s all around getting me to work with Fidelity for escrow services. I then posed the question, again “if I’m paying for the app, is me using Fidelity’s Escrow services also a prerequisite for using the app?” He of course said no, and then told me that the 9.99 is just for the social media portion of that app [Which btw is the least useful part of the app] I get the point behind it all, but the way it’s gone about I feel is incredibly deceptive & annoying. I’ve enjoyed working with Fidelity in the past but these tactics are below the belt. Be forthcoming & honest. If the app is only for agents that use Fidelity - SAY THAT. Until then, I’ll keep using Fidelity’s App & not the escrow services. Then every 6 months do the same song & dance with whatever rep they stick to my profile. ### 1/5 — Need More Texas Cities *2024-05-31, version 1.5* Wishing this app would add more cities in Texas! Such as Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, Manor, etc… ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-11-26* They allow you to use the app as long as you refer them clients ! Their agent harass you every other day and if you stop responding their call or text they disconnect your app! ### 1/5 — Use to be a great app! *2020-10-24* Now it is very glitchy on iPhone. It constantly opens slowly, gets stuck and shuts down. Don’t support Palm Agent Don’t download this ### 1/5 — Feeling Frauded. *2018-07-29* Many of us have recently paid the $15 or $20(can’t remember) to upgrade our Fidelity Apps. We were in turn allowed to upload our images and logos(now a subscription only feature) and many other upgrade PAID features. Now an update comes along and not only our our PAID upgrade features limited but our grandfathered in app is now requesting a subscription. Also I noticed some of the paid features which set us apart from the rest are even free now? Completely eliminating exclusivity... interesting pitch. We are diehard loyal to Fidelity and make it very clear to others that they are preferred on all our deals. Hence, why it pains me to leave anything negative as a review that they are attached to ,but this app maker is just wrong.
