It can never connect to the modem. No stars for this app! ### 1/5 — Good luck *2023-05-26* It never works. Always has some issue or another stating the app can’t connect to the modem. I’m not surprised though. The internet service is subpar. The second I could jump ship for Fidelity Communications, I took it. This app was amazing. Then, the updates to our connection came. Internet connection into our home was spotty at best, and down for hours at worse. “It’ll be better. We’re putting in Fiber. Here is a brand new modem that will support it!” Oops, sorry, connection is still worse than it was before the upgrade AND the app that controls our modem that we assured you would still be compatible (ahem, this one)? Well, it’s not.
