When I can use it I like having the feature to be able to change your username and password, or block unknown devices from using your wifi. ### 1/5 — App Never Works *2020-10-19* App constantly says it can’t connect to my modem even when I’m sitting right next to it and all the lights are on. I’ve tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and rebooting my modem. The only thing that has worked is rebooting my modem and I’m not going to do that every time I want to use the app. I like being able to schedule times and block devices, but if I can’t open the app I can’t unblock those devices if needed. I’m not surprised though. The internet service is subpar. Even when it did work, it was slow and cumbersome. ### 1/5 — “Updated” Internet is more broken *2021-12-16* Fidelity and FidelityHOME were great. For years AT&T was my only option. The second I could jump ship for Fidelity Communications, I took it. This app was amazing. Then, the updates to our connection came. Internet connection into our home was spotty at best, and down for hours at worse. “It’ll be better. We’re putting in Fiber. Here is a brand new modem that will support it!” Oops, sorry, connection is still worse than it was before the upgrade AND the app that controls our modem that we assured you would still be compatible (ahem, this one)? Well, it’s not. Sad day when you actually realize you’d like to switch to AT&T. ### 1/5 — They just blow *2021-08-08* Fidelity is the worst. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Minor Bugs *2019-10-20* App seems simple to use and is pretty nice to actually look at what’s going on with your internet. Overall a 4 because it could use some work. I recently tried to view the “advanced” settings under one of the connected devices and as soon as I press it, the app crashes. Haven’t had any other crashes though. ### 2/5 — Does basics *2020-06-03* As someone else stated, crashes trying to mess with advanced WiFi options like rate limiting and WiFi channel.
