FIDGARD is trust accounting software built for law firms that manage IOLTA and client funds. Designed for New York practices and law firms nationwide, FIDGARD brings bank activity, client ledgers, reconciliation, approvals, documents, and audit records into one secure workspace.

Bank Feed — Connect eligible trust accounts through Plaid and review imported bank activity in one place.

Client Sub-Ledgers — Attribute funds and transactions to each client matter and monitor individual balances.

Three-Way Reconciliation — Compare the bank balance, book register, and the sum of client ledgers, with detailed reconciliation reports.

Statement Intelligence — Upload a bank statement to extract key details, review proposed matches, and confirm cleared transactions.

Disbursement Controls — Review and approve outgoing payments with safeguards designed for trust-account workflows.

Document Capture — Photograph checks and statements, review extracted information, and route documents to the correct trust account.

QuickBooks Online Sync — Send supported accounting entries to your connected QuickBooks Online company.

Audit Trail — Preserve transaction history and review activity with records designed to support compliance and audit preparation.
