Crazy -the person I waited 25 minutes to speak with could not answer basic questions. How do I add an employee? Why am I getting error messages? Ugh…

This app and customer service at Fidium is terrible. Don’t waste your time like I have for weeks trying to get this to work for my business. Tech support needs support.

To the negative reviews saying you are getting an error - delete the app and reinstall it. You will be able to sign in again.
