The app frequently crashes or hangs circling , even for hours. Especially when trying to send a message. Also, logs you out frequently.

App layout is good and on the face of it should be a useful tool to track progress and communicate with the firm. However they do not respond to messages that you send them. Not sure what the point is if they do not monitor the messages.

Entered all my data (twice) and the app just forgot it, and deleted it all. Also crashed on their selfie finder page trying to upload an identity photo. Can’t believe they are going to charge me for it given the amount of time it has wasted.
