Have a nice day! 🙂 ### 2/5 — Not for me *2025-01-26* Doesn’t import Stocard well, all cards in wrong language and auto detection of card branding always incorrect & unable to edit ### 2/5 — Has no idea what loyalty cards you’re trying to add, but confidently will choose the wrong one *2025-01-09, version 9.7.1* This app does what it says on paper, store your loyalty cards. But the uploading process was a nightmare and it made it literally unusable for me. I attempted to upload about 15 loyalty cards (from Australian stores) and when I uploaded the screenshot, as it advertises you should, they came up as all wrong stores from all over the world, not a single one was correct. Then I had to manually remove them and start putting them in manually again. Then, after revisiting the app, they had removed my manual changes and reset the cards to say they were from other stores again. I had no idea which stores they were actually for, which meant for the purchase I was trying to use it for, I couldn’t find the one I needed and ended up not using it. Might as well carry the plastic cards instead of using this app ### 4/5 — Why no “complication”? *2024-10-23* Why don’t you have a “complication” to easily start the app on the Apple Watch? Since downloading this app, it has had no way for me to redeem the points I’ve received and there’s not been one deal in the app either. I have noticed this app isn’t based in the US, so I think that may be the reason, so what I’m asking is that they provide those for people using the app in the United States and maybe I’ll change my review to 5 stars. **Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your message! 🙏 If you're referring to the HAPPY Fids offers that can be redeemed for your points: We offer exclusive deals that our users can access using their HAPPY Fids points, such as discounts on partner websites and sweepstakes. However, I'm afraid the offer is very limited in your country, as we currently only have offers available to French users. This is because we negotiate reduced prices and very attractive offers (discounts of 40-50%) with selected partners, and these current partners are not willing to extend many discounts outside of France. Puis cette alternative a été rachetée, a changé de nom (Kl…na) et est devenu tout sauf ce qu’elle était avant : un truc inutilisable et envahi. Retour sur Fid’me, l’app a super bien évolué, elle fait simplement ce qu’on attend d’elle : gérer simplement et rapidement les cartes de fidélité. Ils ont la bonne idée de ne pas se reposer sur iCloud mais sur un compte classique que l’on peut donner à toute la famille. Les widgets sont bien fichus (quoiqu’un peu moche au niveau rendu des icônes) et permettent un accès très rapide à la carte qu’il faut quand il le faut. Ah si, y a l’icône qui est moche à mon goût (ça fait années 2010) mais honnêtement on s’en fiche, tout le reste fonctionne à la perfection. **Developer response:** Wow 😍 Merci beaucoup pour ce superbe retour et pour votre fidélité depuis toutes ces années ! Works great where I need bar codes to scan for points of purchases. Best part is that I don’t have to download each merchant’s app on my phone, even better I can add cards that don’t have an app. Reliable, simple, and the free version I’m using meets my needs.
