The error that I described before is happening withdrawing through my bank account or through USDC to my USDC wallet. I hope this is fixed in a future update. ### 4/5 — Unknown error when withdrawing money *2026-01-18* I got my original deposit and I've filled up enough of a balance to be able to withdraw some meaningful interest monthly. However, whenever I go to withdrawal through sending it to the bank or through USDC, it says unknown error. Please fix. Depositing regular money is pretty slow but when I deposit through USDC, it's very fast and quick. Aside from the previous error everything is working great. Really regret ever putting any money into this app ### 1/5 — No Customer Support *2026-04-10, version 1.5.2* They do not respond to support messages. Two days I ago I sent a message and another today. Said I would get a response in an hour, they haven’t even looked at the message. Delayed withdrawals. Tested them out with just a dollar. If you can’t trust them with small matters you cannot trust them at all. I was ready to deposit 100k USDC if the test deposit and withdrawal went well. Instead, no one is home. They don’t even review support messages. Update April 10th: Four days after my initial message and only after writing this review, did I receive an email with a 20 dollar bribe from Jordan Brannan, Fido’s CEO asking me to update my review. The in-app support messages still show as unseen. I was able to verify my identity, the app said I was good to go. I even added my bank account to this app and initiated a transfer to it. The next day all of a sudden my app says I “failed” my KYC despite it saying I was good before. All this app has done is collect my personal information and it won’t let me use it. ### 3/5 — Hidden fee *2026-03-13* Really confused about the 2% fee in the terms of service that was stated nowhere else. I appreciate that the TOS says you will notify us before the fee is taken, but still came as a surprise when I read the TOS. App interface is simple to use and you are earning 10%. Would rate higher if deposit times increase. I opened my account 2 weeks ago and the daily returns are so good to see. I’ve done some deposits and withdrawals to make sure the money is flow is good. You can take your money out anytime. Nothing is frozen!! It works as a small bank. So it takes about 24 hours to deposit money. And 48 to withdraw. It is what it is. But for 10% apy??!?!?!? I won’t complain. They’re gonna add a Fido pro soon which will make you account secure up to 250k. For now it’s only insured for 100k. But if you have 25k your money is in assured up to 150k.
