## What is Fido CRM?

Fido is the lightweight, no-nonsense CRM for small teams. Pipeline, people and follow-ups in one quiet place, now on your iPhone and iPad.

Most CRMs are a database with a sales tax. Fido is the handful of screens a small team opens every day, and nothing you have to configure to get there.

TODAY
A morning list of what is overdue, what is due, which deals have gone quiet and who is waiting on your reply. Work it top to bottom and get on with your day.

PIPELINE
Swipe between stages on your phone. Drag a deal between columns on iPad. Fido asks for the next step and the date, then holds you to it. Nine fields on a deal, not ninety.

COMPANIES AND PEOPLE
One record per company with everyone who works there, every note, every email and every deal. Duplicates get caught on the way in, not six months later.

YOUR INBOX ALREADY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED
Connect Gmail and Google Calendar with a read-only grant. Emails and meetings land on the right company and deal by themselves. You add the one line that matters. Fido never sends mail or moves an event, and a colleague's inbox stays theirs.

MEETING PREP
Tap Prep before a meeting and get a one-page brief written from the deal, the people, the last emails and the last call recording. Where it stands, what is open, what to watch out for.

SEARCH
One search across companies, people, deals, emails, meetings and call recordings. Type a name and the thread you were looking for is right there.

LISTS AND MAPS
Describe a list in plain English and Fido builds it. Smart lists keep themselves current. Put any list on a map for territory work.

LEADS
New leads land in one queue, whether they came from a web form, a forwarded email, a call recording or your own lead engine. Convert one to a deal in a tap.

ANALYTICS
Open pipeline, weighted forecast, win rate, activity and who is waiting on whom. Enough to run the Monday meeting. No report builder, because nobody wanted to build reports.

BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
Sign in with Face ID. A morning summary and deal alerts by push notification. Full dark mode. A sidebar and split view on iPad, with keyboard shortcuts for the people who live there.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND
No onboarding call. No "Contact sales" tier. No custom object builder. No lock-in: every table exports to CSV from inside the app.
