I spent a little over 2 hours driving around bringing trash can and took about 100 miles from me and only got $21 bucks. DONT GO THROUGH THEM!! TOTAL SCAM.

horrible communication, horrible pay, they will have you go back and forth for less than $3 each house, they will SPAM call you when they need you but whenever your trying to get ahold of them, especially for pay, they never answer. Horrible company, horrible app, HORRIBLEE

You know that sinking feeling you get when a company shorts you on pay? Expect to feel that with these guys. Gas is way too expensive for them to be doing that and coming back with some pre-scripted excuse about how the pay is based on an estimate and blah blah blah. They don’t even follow the pay that they said they were going to give you in the app. This happened twice. Not letting it happen again. Plus, their text-based assistance is horrible, like talking AI.

Don’t download!! don’t work for these people!!. 71 bucks for 5 hours of work and drove close a 100 miles. This app is no good, I either got hired through indeed or Facebook

This app, not including support staff, is about the most clunky, inefficient, wasteful and useless thing I think I’ve had the displeasure to have to use. Not only are routes inefficient and spastic, the user interface is time wasting and frustrating. A complete overhaul would be the base line. Not using chat gpt like AI to run things would also be a necessary but drop in the bucket improvement.

Wanted me to drive a 28 mile route and only paying $28 with an expect completion time of 2 hours. Total scam.

Same happened to me , everything is through text. The route took longer than described was forced to go back and cause me to work longer than what their calculations and refused to pay me for going over the estimate time and no being compensated for the difference. I drove a bit over 50 miles, 6 hours and only wanted to pay $54.50
