No matter what. Correct passcodes are done and everything, but the app consistently fails. I don’t even know why you have this option on the app when it basically forbids me to do anything, and forcing me to go into the retail. Which defeats the purpose of self serve. Also don’t act like quality is what you focus on, you devs have made comments on updates showing “Rogers App” in the descriptions.
