Used either on the iPhone or ipad and this one has potential. Need to be able to edit reports and delete pictures from reports. Rename reports, etc. Also being able to add custom templates for letters would be huge! ### 3/5 — Needs to be better *2010-09-30, version 0* Obviously still in its early stages - spelling mistakes in the description choices. Poor connectivity with the pc - can only email off the report, cannot access the data or photos directly with the computer which is not as user friendly as I would have liked. Very much photo focussed with one general summary section - I would like a lot more functionality and ability to alter formatting etc. The concept is there but the App needs a lot of work to be able to completely take over the inspection form. I would rather pay one off fee than being charged for every report ### 1/5 — Disaster *2012-02-07, version 1.31* I started taking photos and editing the notes the screen went blank and I could not get back into the app. I ended up deleting the app and taking pictures on my iPhone. This was a complete waste of time and a my pictures and notes were gone. I'm glad this happened before I left the property. Bad app! *2011-01-25, version 1.26* Terrible app! It was good for about 5 inspections then it crashed and I lost all my reports/ photos I had done up. Had to delete it as I couldn't open it and it kept crashing. Even tried resetting my iPhone. Needs a lot more work. Also gone was ALL the property info I had stored!!! Only thing left was the name of the property... Sure, it's a very good idea so I think the dev's are onto a winner, but it seems like it is still in the dev stage. The email templates need to be customisable to make this worthwhile. If they already are then the settings are extremely difficult to find! They 'overlay' is a small stroke of genious in my opinion and is easily the best feature, especially for regular inspections. The biggest thing that makes this app lose its stars is that it is designed very aggressively. Those days are long gone and aren't tollerated any more. The devs are WAY out of touch! Get with times guys! It's 2011 not 1990! ### 3/5 — Klb *2011-03-18, version 1.26* I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and it has made my routines much easier. It has frozen up on me a few times during inspections which can be a pain. As I email all the routines to myself and then save them into a file- I find that not being able to delete them off my phone a bit annoying. It's fantastic to be able to complete and produce professional looking ingoing and outgoing inspection reports right from the phone. Plus the great looking routine inspection reports. I should be able to access photos on my dropbox acct. 3. Field agents don't deal with rent reviews, rent increase or renewals so just don't add junk. 4. Sometimes photos go black and white and I can't email them. That shouldn't happen. 5. When I email, notation should go along with the photos. Not - all notations then photos. 6. The ability to cut or rotate a photo, would be helpful Other then that... One of the most time consuming elements of property management practice is the preparation of condition reports. So when a piece of software comes along that promises to produce better reports in less time it is always going to get our attention. We have been trialling Field Agent in our office for the last week and the results are impressive. When comparing it to the other software available, it is also exceptional value. My advice?
