Unfortunately my work forces us to use this app. on our company iPhones. What a garbage app it is, and with every update it gets worse. Crashes constantly. User friendly features removed. There will be a celebration when us field hands finally get our way and fire Riger.

One of the worst apps on the market, the app developers should quit their jobs and stick to digging ditches, they would be doing everyone a favor.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It is not user friendly, and crashes after an update. Only way for it to work is to uninstall the app and retry and pray it work. Nothing but lost hours trying to even get it to sync just to try and use.

We’ve been using RigER now for about 6 years and couldn’t be more pleased with them. Our company is on the completions side and deals with pressure control equipment. RigER has been a solid well rounded platform and their mobile features work flawlessly.
