## What is Field Trips?

Field Trips is a flexible way to travel around Springfield. We’re an on-demand shared
ride service that’s easy, affordable, and convenient.
 
With a few taps, book a ride in the app, and our technology will pair you with other
people headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS:
- When you're ready to go, book a ride in the app by providing your pick-up and drop-off
locations, anywhere in our service area.
- Let us know whether you’re riding alone or with additional passengers.
- You will receive an estimated vehicle-arrival time upon booking your trip and be picked
up where you requested. The driver’s estimated arrival time will automatically update as
your vehicle makes its way to meet you.
- Be ready for your driver outside at the pick-up location.
- When your driver arrives, pay your fare and board the vehicle. Pay on board with exact
cash, or save your credit or debit payment method in the mobile app.
-There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way.
Track your ride and share your status within the app in real-time.

The prices are comparable to other transportation services in the area. Your wallet will
thank you.
RELIABLE:
Track your ride as the driver is on their way to you, and while you’re in the vehicle too.
The app will provide real-time information for your pick-up and arrival time.

Field Trips is wheelchair accessible! If you require a wheelchair, please call us to
ensure your account is set up correctly. When you request a trip, you will be assigned a
wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Hello, I am emailing you guys to ask why certain areas in Springfield you do not go to some people have jobs that still considered in Springfield has a Springfield address but we are being denied going to that area because it’s your cut off service area. Think you guys should service all of Springfield because it says that you service the Springfield area. I understand if it’s going out of the city of Springfield that you guys don’t serve and that’s fine But you guys should serve all of Springfield because you said you service the Springfield area so some people can’t get to their jobs just because you guys have a maxed out area which your company says you service the Springfield area. So any area in Springfield still considered Clark County in Springfield with a Springfield address, we should be able to get to our jobs and doctors appointments and things like that through the ride
