This doesn’t have spots for certain things and is clearly built by somebody who’s never been on a roof, and the great part is I get in trouble because it deleted all my uploaded pics or didn’t have a spot for something. Do better. Even the new hover guided inspection is 10x better and it just came out ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-03-09, version 8.29.3* No effort is put into this app. It’s so insanely glitchy, it’s almost unusable. I feel bad for anyone else who has to use it. ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2025-11-19, version 8.28.34* The worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Having to use this for work is absolute torture, it has gotten me behind schedule more times that I can count. It’s impossible to log in without getting an error code and having to restart the app 8 times. Once you get logged in, expect it to crash on you at the worst possible time. At this point I’m leaving a review because I’m tired of dealing with issues every single day I have to run an inspection using this so called “app”. Please learn how to code. AI can do way better than whatever unknowledgeable people coded this. Honestly wish I could leave negative stars. Please fire whoever made the is, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing. Thanks… ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-06-24* The worst thing about my job. Been FORCED to use this for 4 years and it’s always had issues. I’ve had used it on the iPhone 13-16 pro max. It’s always made my job take nearly double the amount of time it should take. I’m pretty sure the app developers have never used this in the field. I get constantly forced closed and the app obviously has a memory leak because the longer you use it, the slower it runs. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-03-27, version 8.25.2* This app crashes more then I4 drivers in Orlando. The work flow is great, and the app is simple to use. It just time consuming with always having to restart the app. At least the work flow gets save after each section. ### 1/5 — Garbage!!! *2025-02-25, version 8.25.2* This app is garbage! Constantly run into issues all day long trying to use this. Worst thing ever created in my opinion. It don’t even deserve one star. ### 1/5 — Wildly Frustrating *2025-01-23* This app can single-handedly take the joy out of being an adjuster. It's extra fun when you're on a roof and it's 12° and it begins to act up, add the CAD during your inspection so that you have to go back to the first page, and the crazy amount of hours you spend just trying to figure out what it's asking you to take pictures of. The people who designed this must've had an adjuster that didn't get them any insurance money ### 3/5 — Needs work *2024-09-23* Will not upload photos in background. Pretty important if you like to get things done in a timely manner.
