This applications is a scammer you need to point the property edges by yourself to be able to measure any area. Some of the lots/properties are not possible to find where the property line is so is not possible to use this app to measure the area. There is no way it will help to surveyors to be able to professionally measure and find property line usually they need to do go to county office to check deed description where and how the property line goes and where the pins are located.Well it said to measure the distance so this is what exactly does it measure the distance as long you are able to find the property points.
