The app is great, but if you’re not using the CRM you’re missing out! Total game changer.

Customer service is nonexistent you will never ever ever ever ever be able to reach anyone there. None of the phone numbers or chat support options actually work I’m not even sure if this is a real company or some sort of data harvesting thing..

Not only that, but I use this for about a month and the amount of bugs in the software was staggering. Not to mention that the app was down for about four hours during the day every single week since the time I signed up. 

Completely embarrassing to tell customers that you can’t book them or take their payment because your app isn’t even working.

The last straw for me was when they started messing up our payments and that was enough.

Take a look at how they are completely dismissing all of the reviews in their replies I wouldn’t be surprised if all of the real reviews are fake.

If you do one or two detail details a year this app might work for you, but if you do anything more than that, you are setting yourself up for a lot of sleepless nights and lost Money.

If you run a service business Fieldd is such a great option, the booking flow customization is robust and has the cleanest user experience out of all the softwares i’ve tried. Support is quick and helpful, highly recommend!

Stuck with them for a year, because they refused to give me refund after I found out it is a startup in the testing stage. Read carefully their terms and conditions before you pay them and store all your business information in their cloud base - they didn’t take any responsibility at all.

**Developer response:** After a year of using us, still calling it ‘testing stage’ is impressive. Glad we held up that long.
Cloud-based is simply how modern software works today but, if anything felt unclear, support’s there to actually help, not just the terms page.

Update: this app has been down for an average of four hours every single week during peak working hours since I’ve used it.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH.

They never answer the phone. They never respond to customer service chats. They never help in any way shape or form.

To make matters worse, they’re even playing with our customers’ money and at that point I had to get out immediately.

I’m not sure if this is some kind of Shell company scam or what but do not sign up for this service you have been warned anything that happens to you after this point after reading these words is 100% on you.
