Fieldkeep is the on-shift companion for property maintenance and field crews. Clock in, pick the property and the job you're working, and Fieldkeep keeps the record - your hours, where the work happened, and the miles you drove between sites - so the team can see the day as it unfolds. WHAT YOU DO WITH IT • Clock in and out - a clear running timer for the whole shift. • Log the job - choose the property and the activity (maintenance, turns, CapEx and more) so time lands on the right work. • Automatic mileage - drives between sites are reconstructed and totaled for you. No odometer photos. • See your route and miles - open My Route any time to see the path you drove and the miles you logged on the clock today, so you've got your own record of the day. • Stay visible to dispatch - while you're on the clock, your crew location helps the office send the next job to whoever's closest. BUILT FOR THE WHOLE OPERATION Fieldkeep pairs the field app with a web-based Command Center where managers see live crew hours, job activity and location on a map - the same record you create in the field, read back in the office. LOCATION - ON THE CLOCK, AND ONLY THEN While you're clocked in, Fieldkeep records your route in the background - even when the app is closed or your phone is locked - so you can see your own route between job sites in My Route. Tracking starts when you clock in and stops when you clock out - never off the clock. You can still clock in and track your time with location turned off. A notification shows whenever tracking is active, and you can turn location off anytime in your device settings. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY Fieldkeep reads device motion to use battery efficiently and to flag when a worker has been stationary unusually long - a safety signal for the office. It does not collect any health or fitness data. AN EMPLOYER-PROVISIONED APP Fieldkeep is set up by your employer. You sign in with the account your operation gives you - there is no public sign-up. If you don't have credentials yet, ask your manager. PRIVACY Location is collected only while you are clocked in, and is used to record where work happened and to calculate mileage. Raw location points are kept for a limited period (about 45 days) and then purged. If something on the phone would interrupt location tracking, it is now visible instead of a mystery. ### 1.5 — 2026-08-13 If the app restarts during your shift, your day now comes back on its own. The Today list and the property and activity you are currently on are restored from the server. Reopening the app refreshes your day, so what you see matches what was recorded. When a refresh cannot reach the server, your day stays exactly as it is and you will not get an error. It catches up the next time you have signal. The reminder to code your time now works after a restart too. ### 1.4 — 2026-08-08 - Administrative is now an option when you code your time, so office and coordinator work has a place to go. - Picking a property takes you straight to the activity list instead of closing the sheet and making you open it again. - If you start a shift and have not finished picking your property and activity, the app now reminds you. - Fixed the property search: the list no longer hides behind the keyboard when you start typing. ### 1.3 — 2026-07-22 - Clearer GPS status: a calm "GPS is starting" message while location spins up, with a prompt to check your settings only if it does not start on its own. - Fixed a rare case where a GPS warning could stay on screen after location had already recovered. - Reliability improvements to on-shift location tracking. ### 1.2 — 2026-07-11 Sign-in reliability improvements so you stay signed in across long shifts.
