FieldMateAI is an AI-powered app specifically for field technicians. Ask technical questions, get immediate answers and see where the answers came from.

FieldmateAI is currently trained on the following brands: Carrier, Bryant, Payne, and Totaline. 

Please use the messaging tool at the bottom left corner of the app to give us your ideas and comments.

This app was built by people in the trades for people in the trades!  Key features of FieldMateAl include:

   - Just say your model number and then ask your technical question.  No typing is required.
   - The AI synthesizes its responses across many sources of information.  For each response, you can view the most relevant sections of those sources of information.
   - You can even ask questions in languages other than English.
   - If you want to manually search through all our information sources, you can.
   - Add photos and notes to your sessions.
   - You can look-up past sessions by geo-location using our map feature.
   - The more you use FieldMateAI, the smarter it gets!
