## What is FieldMonitorT?

FieldMonitorT monitors Teradek h.264 / HEVC wireless encoders, providing a full-screen image with engineering scopes, markers, focus assist, and image controls for LUTs, H & V flips, rotations, and anamorphic desqueeze. It's the Teradek-only version of FieldMonitor.

### 12.1 — 2026-05-23

• Added “Use Hardware Decoding” setting. If you see a lateral chroma shift with some streams (e.g., Cube RTP/RTSP 1080p), turning hardware decoding off should fix it.
• Improved false-color rendering quality.

### 12.0 — 2026-02-19

False Color improvements:
• The underlying image can now be rendered in color instead of grayscale. Control it with the Color switch in the False Color panel.
• False Color can be computed pre-LUT or post-LUT. Control it with the False Color switch in the Level panel.
• The false color image now shows Focus Assist effects.
(These improvements require Convert Images to RGB to be turned on in Settings.)

### 11.2 — 2026-01-08

• Updated for iOS/iPadOS 26.
• Fixed LUT import from email and iCloud Drive.

### 11.0 — 2024-04-30
