## What is FieldQuote AI Pro?

Turn every site visit into a clean, profitable proposal before you leave the job. FieldQuote AI Pro helps contractors capture job details, price work, protect margins, prepare professional proposal packets, collect approvals and payments, and keep accounting ready.

Capture customer details, room notes, measurements, unknowns, photos, markup, and documents, then review line items, costbook entries, takeoff rooms, expenses, margin, assumptions, exclusions, risk flags, payment status, approvals, scheduling, and invoice readiness. FieldQuote helps replace scattered texts, camera roll photos, handwritten measurements, and after-hours quote rebuilding with one repeatable workflow.

The private AI Quote Coach helps spot scope gaps before a proposal goes out. It can suggest field questions, assumptions, exclusions, margin checks, change-order boundaries, and clearer client language. On supported devices, questions can be enhanced by Apple Foundation Models on device. On every device, FieldQuote falls back to private rules-based guidance without sending client details to a remote model, and contractors approve recommendations before they affect the quote.

Proposal packet tools include PDF export, email and SMS delivery readiness, Stripe payment-link readiness, manual payment tracking, approval status, signed-packet archive, QuickBooks readiness, and a narrated walkthrough that explains the full workflow.
